Welcome to Nivix. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Nivix is an AI-powered bookmark management tool provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service). We provide digital organization features through a custom interface built on top of third-party AI models.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem.io.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activities, or to store content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nivix and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nivix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
