We want you to be satisfied with Nivix. If you are not happy with our service, here is how we handle refunds.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your first subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction.

2. Eligibility

  • Refunds apply to the first billing cycle of a new subscription.
  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by local law.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

3. AI Points Consumption

Please note that AI points allocated to your account are non-transferable. If you have consumed a significant portion of your monthly AI quota (more than 50%), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund request.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to yanshilinbu@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Transaction ID or Invoice Number.
  • Reason for the refund (this helps us improve).

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
